HVAC Project Manager

Overview Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager, where you'll oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from start to finish. Utilize your expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of HVAC projects from conception through completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management. Knowledge of Revit or other CAD design software Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
