Routinely work with patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and develop customized treatment plans to help them improve their communication skills.Essential FunctionsConduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in patients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.Provide therapy to patients with various communication and swallowing disorders.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment plans.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior speech pathologists and other healthcare professionals.Required for All JobsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsDoes this position require Patient Care (indirect/direct)?
