Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 12 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 9:30am to 6:00pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.Primary Responsibilities:Work with out-patient providers and the clinical team to manage calls related to out-patient Behavioral Health ServicesAssist the clinical staff with case assignment triageHandle resolution/inquiries from providersPlace outbound calls to providers to engage in Outpatient Care Engagement programThis is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thoroughly deal with our members over the phone.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experienceMust be 18 years of age OR older2+ years of customer service experience.2+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative support background.1+ years of experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insuranceKnowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codesIntermediate 1-3 years of experience working with a PC and windows applications, with the ability to learn other sometimes complex systemsIntermediate 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm CST.
