Parts Dept Sales Assoc - Part TimeWillow Street, Pennsylvania RetailWe are seeking knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous experience with parts and small engine knowledge is required: must be able to use a computer.Essential Duties:Assist walk-in and telephone customers in a friendly and helpful manner with ordering equipment parts.Pull purchases from stockStock display shelvesMaintain and clean counter area and equipmentAssist with the checking in wholesale product deliveriesMust be computer literate and be able to read appropriate parts diagramsTag customer service orders and enter them into service tracking softwarePerform housekeeping duties such as cleaning and straightening of stock items on shelves and back warehouseAbility to sharpen mower blades or chainsaw chains a plus!Other duties as assignedAt EM Herr Farm & Home Center, we're independently owned for over 45 years, so helping our community is our number one priority.
