We AIM for excellence.Job DescriptionAs the Asset Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of mobile assets across the organization, ensuring equipment is available, compliant, and optimized to support operational efficiency across multiple sites.What you're responsible for:Managing the full lifecycle of mobile assets from acquisition through retirementCoordinating procurement, vendor relationships, and contract terms for equipmentTracking asset utilization, performance, location, warranty, and depreciationOptimizing asset availability and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesPartnering with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Safety teams to support business needsPreparing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on asset performance and lifecycle costsSupporting process improvements and special projects related to asset sustainability and efficiencyQualificationsTo join our team:You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related fieldYou have 3-5+ years of experience in asset management, fleet management, operations, or logisticsYou have strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and complianceYou have experience using asset management or fleet tracking systemsYou are highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levelsYou are willing and able to travel frequently to support multiple locationsAdditional InformationWhat we offer: A competitive wage (120k-140k annually depending on location & experience), vacation, benefits and a 401k matching programAnnual AIM tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 per eligible dependents The tools and support needed to be successful in your career and professional developmentA dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun!
