IT SUPPORT ENGINEER Hiring Organization: Manappuram Finance Industry: Private Employment Type: Full Time Location: India Salary: ₹45k/Month Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree Responsibilities Collaborate with the Managerial Office IT Foundation Group and the Client Administrative Center. Guarantee appropriate support and security of equipment and IT gear at branches. Maintain proper upkeep of CCTV at all branches. Visit branches for various installations and fixes. Handle everyday systems administration and equipment issues of branches. Overhaul printers, scanners and other office equipment supplies. Manage PC organizations, operating systems, applications, and related setups. Perform data backup and disaster recovery tasks. Analyze, investigate, and resolve equipment, software, or other system issues, replacing damaged parts when necessary. Coordinate with local administrative focus groups and external specialists for equipment maintenance as needed. Communicate and provide updates to directors. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, applications, and hardware. Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or antivirus programs.
