Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Consultant to join our team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will evaluate and enhance our current FCCS configuration, address immediate challenges around detailed data visibility and reporting, and provide ongoing support for system optimizations, entity onboarding, and future initiatives.This role offers the opportunity for extended engagement, including leading additional EPM Cloud projects planned for this year and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the existing FCCS configuration and implementation, focusing on out-of-the-box functionality and custom requirements.Resolve concerns related to data visibility in trial balances, enabling detailed reporting beyond summary levels.Provide expert guidance on advanced FCCS capabilities to design and implement solutions that meet complex reporting and consolidation needs.Perform system mapping and support the onboarding of new entities acquired through ongoing business expansions.Assess and recommend approaches leveraging EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) and API Cloud Services, including pros/cons analysis of different integration and automation strategies.Lead the implementation of selected solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall EPM Cloud environment and ensure alignment with financial close and consolidation best practices.Provide long-term support and optimization for the FCCS environment, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and process improvements.Drive additional initiatives, such as integrations, automations, and enhancements across the EPM platform.Required Skills and ExperienceProven expertise in Oracle FCCS, with hands-on experience in configuration, consolidation rules, metadata management, and reporting (e.g., Financial Reports, Smart View).Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes in a cloud environment.Experience with post-go-live optimizations and resolving data visibility/reporting gaps in FCCS implementations.Proficiency in EDMCS for master data management, dimension alignment, and governance across EPM applications.Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud APIs and integration capabilities to evaluate and implement automated solutions.Experience supporting entity onboarding, mappings, and acquisitions in a consolidating environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, propose best-practice solutions, and lead implementations.Strong communication skills to articulate technical recommendations to finance and IT stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including at least 2-3 FCCS implementations or major enhancements.Certifications in Oracle FCCS, EDMCS, or related EPM modules.Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., ARCS, PCMCS, or Narrative Reporting).Experience in acquisition-heavy environments with multi-entity consolidations.Engagement TypeLong term ContractIf you are a seasoned FCCS expert ready to make an immediate impact while contributing to ongoing growth, we encourage you to apply!
