Operations Director
*Overview*
The Watertown Urban Mission is seeking an Operations Director. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Team to oversee the day-to day functions of the Watertown Urban Mission.
*Responsibilities*
- Work in partnership with the Executive Director, Finance Director and Senior Team, providing support to the administrative, human resource and fiscal operations of the Watertown Urban Mission.
- Build strategic partnerships with businesses, local government and community organizations. Represent the Watertown Urban Mission at community events and initiatives.
- In partnership with the Senior Team, ensure client charts are accurate and are within the program budget.
- Work with the Executive Director and Senior Team to develop a high performing team with a focus on recruitment, training and teamwork.
- Assist in the supervision of staff and volunteers. Along with the Executive Director and Senior Team, provide evaluations and constructive feedback to staff and volunteers.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Management, or a related field.
-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
- Knowledgeable in human resources practices, program development and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence constructive relationships.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
