This role is responsible for turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive campaign optimization, media investment decisions, and future planning.The Associate Director partners closely with media, strategy, and client teams to ensure analytics moves beyond reporting to inform performance and shape growth strategy, while advancing automation and scalable measurement frameworks.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end media analytics and measurement strategy across campaignsTranslate performance data into actionable insights that drive optimizationDevelop measurement frameworks and learning agendas aligned to goalsDeliver audience, competitive, and cross-channel insights to inform strategyEnsure dashboards and outputs are polished, intuitive, and decision-readyMentor team members to elevate work from reporting to insight generationCore Capabilities (Strategy, Analytics & Tools)Leads insight-driven measurement strategies tied to business outcomesIdentifies key performance drivers, gaps, and growth opportunities across campaignsDevelops and operationalizes measurement frameworks connecting media, audience, and business KPIsSynthesizes cross-channel data into clear insights that inform optimization and planningLeverages tools (CM360, Meta, Adobe/GA4, Tableau/Looker, GCP, Funnel.io) to generate insights at scaleUses automation to reduce manual reporting and accelerate speed-to-insightApplies advanced methods (testing, attribution, MMM) when needed to solve key business questionsEnsures strong data quality, taxonomy, and governanceCommunication & Client LeadershipTranslates complex data into clear, concise insights that drive actionLeads client conversations focused on implications, tradeoffs, and next steps—not reportingDelivers polished, executive-ready storytelling and presentationsActs as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategy through data-informed recommendationsBrings proactive insights, trends, and opportunities to clients and internal teamsAligns analytics with media and strategy to ensure insights translate into actionCoaches team members to elevate deliverables from data output to strategic recommendationsQualifications7+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or data science, preferably within a digital or paid media environmentStrong expertise in paid media measurement, KPIs, and performance optimization across channelsProven ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence business decisionsExperience developing measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and performance strategiesAdvanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, Looker)Experience with data transformation, automation, and pipeline tools (e.g., SQL, GCP, Funnel.io)Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior partners or clientsAbility to lead projects and mentor teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, data-driven outputsAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
