Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Occupational Therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, company policies, and therapy department procedures.Evaluate pediatric participants to gather data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.Conduct regular and timely screenings to determine the need for therapy intervention.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.Perform specialized evaluations as clinically indicated.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and recommendations to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with CMS requirements using the NetHealth EMR systemAdhere to productivity standards, documentation guidelines, and billing procedures.Maintain current licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
