Trademark and Copyright Associate (Boston)

A leading law firm is seeking a Trademark and Copyright Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its growing Intellectual Property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters across a diverse client base, including globally recognised brands, within a collaborative and team-oriented environment. The position is available across multiple office locations with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.Responsibilities:Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution, strategy, and portfolio managementConduct trademark clearance searches and provide risk analysis and counsellingHandle trademark enforcement, disputes, and online/internet-related investigationsRepresent clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and contractual provisionsConduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactionsSupport clients across a variety of sectors including technology, financial services, and consumer productsQualifications:3–4 years of dedicated intellectual property experience in private practiceStrong experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement mattersExcellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workloadProven ability to problem solve and think creatively to achieve client objectivesTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetSelf-starter with strong client service skillsQualified and admitted to the Bar in good standing in the relevant jurisdictionBenefits:Hybrid working model offering flexibility between office and remote workExposure to high-quality, complex legal mattersCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities to work alongside industry-leading professionalsOngoing mentoring and professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume.
