Physical Therapist

Our client is looking to hire a Physical Therapist in the greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an outpatient facility and be comfortable treating up to 18 patients a day with the help of a PT aide.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct initial patient assessments and consultations, formulating a physical therapy treatment strategy in alignment with company protocols.Sustain exceptional, prompt, and comprehensive documentation practices in compliance with the state practice act, regulatory entities, and organizational guidelines.Execute and oversee research-backed and patient-tailored treatment regimens in accordance with contemporary best practices.Guarantee a secure and principled clinical setting for patients and staff.Preserve professional correspondence and remain accessible for discussions with supervising physicians or any referring entities.Communicate proficiently with payer representatives and billing department personnel.Be accessible for consultations with former patients or their relatives, either in person or via remote communication, as necessary.Take initiative in reaching out to former patients at designated intervals to maintain patient relations.Carry out any other pertinent responsibilities designated by the clinic director or proprietor.Qualifications:Doctorate or Master’s qualification in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Valid state certification as a Physical Therapist.Strong analytical reasoning and clinical decision-making capabilities.Proficiency in leading, coaching, and overseeing support personnel.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.Dedication to upholding a patient-centric approach to treatment.Additional Notes:$100,000 + a yearPaid holidays, PTOHealth Insurance, vision, dentalContinuing EducationEmployee bonus program
