Flexible schedule
Maintain medication storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Administer oral, topical, and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, following agency and state guidelines.
Accurately document medication administration in client records.
Observe and report any side effects, changes in condition, or concerns to the supervising nurse promptly.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed (e.g., hygiene, grooming, mobility support).
Maintain medication storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
High school diploma/GED and active CMT license (state-specific)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Medical/physical clearance stating you are fit to work, TB test
Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
