SATs / ACTs tutors

JBE Tutoring, an in home private tutoring business in all academic areas, is looking to recruit experienced tutors in SAT/ACT. The Tutor’s goal is to help students maximize their scores on all of sections of the test by providing learning techniques and tips. Tutors should have at least 2 years experience in preparing students for either the English and Reading sections of the ACT as well as the Reading and Writing Tests on the SAT and/or the Math sections of both tests. Additionally, tutors should be comfortable dealing with students who have different learning abilities, needs and styles. Pay ranges $40-$60 / 60 minutes. Location: north part of New Jersey - (mainly Bergen County). Additional information: Please provide references and be able to prove SATs/ACTs experience Tutors will be hired as independent contractors (1099) and will be paid on a monthly basis via direct deposit. Tutors will undergo background checks. Candidates will go through an initial screening process via a phone interview then the next phase will be a one-on-one interview.
