Position SummaryThe Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, production, logistics, and customers, supporting Sobel Westex's commitment to high-quality service in the hospitality and textile industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and deliveryReview orders for accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping detailsCoordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order executionMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal teams and customersResolve order discrepancies, including pricing, inventory shortages, and shipping errorsMaintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., order entry, tracking, invoicing)Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient shipping and deliverySupport inventory management by communicating demand trends and stock concernsAssist with returns, exchanges, and customer claims in a timely manner
