Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on improving lives globally Work in a collaborative, values-based culture with strong leadership Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing, global finance organization Job Details The Controller will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the company's global accounting operations.This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with both U.S.GAAP and IFRS across multiple legal entities.The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, and has hands-on experience in NetSuite.Key Responsibilities Oversee all global accounting operations, including general ledger, close, consolidation, and financial reporting across multiple entities Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS Manage the global month-end and year-end close processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement Maintain and strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX (if applicable) Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manage annual audits across jurisdictions Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, intercompany activity, foreign currency, and consolidations Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team across regions Partner closely with Finance leadership, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to support strategic initiatives Own and optimize accounting processes within the NetSuite environment, including system enhancements and integrations Qualifications Active CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Strong expertise in both U.S.GAAP and IFRS Proven experience managing accounting for multiple legal entities, ideally in a global organization Hands-on experience working in a NetSuite environment (required) Experience working with international operations and cross-border accounting complexities Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level Interested in hearing more?
