Job DetailsDescriptionAdministrative Operations Lead (Team Lead)This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and lead from the front.What You’ll Do...Oversee daily operations of Contract Clerks and Deficiency CollectionsEnsure deals are processed accurately and efficiently from the dealershipManage and support all deficiency collection activity, including:Assigning accounts fairly across team membersMonitoring progress and ensuring timely follow-upEnsure all court documents, legal filings, and compliance requirements are handled correctly and on timeOversee administrative functions related to:Payables and accounting supportTotal loss claims and accountsGAP claim filing and trackingAct as the primary backup to the Manager, stepping in as neededRemove administrative burden from Contract Clerks so they can focus on deal processingWork across multiple Excel spreadsheets and systems with a high level of accuracyIdentify and resolve discrepancies in contracts, accounts, and reportingWhat We’re Looking For...Strong Excel skills (multi-sheet tracking, organization, and accuracy required)Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage legally sensitive informationStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple workflows and deadlinesExperience in auto finance, contracts, collections, or accounting strongly preferredUnderstanding of compliance, legal documentation, or court processes is a major plusStrong leadership and accountability mindsetComfortable making decisions and holding team members accountableWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a professional office environment within a dealership or finance company setting. It may involve sitting for extended periods and frequent interaction with customers and vendors over the phone.
