We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Manage and develop comprehensive eReporting systems to track key performance metrics and operational efficiency.• Oversee the end-to-end schedule for promotions within the eCommerce channel, ensuring effective execution.• Conduct detailed financial controls, including invoice and point of purchase reviews, to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Manage supply reconciliation processes to align inventory levels with eCommerce demand.• Provide support for go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with eCommerce strategies.• Coordinate and execute testing for Amazon Hands On Keyboard (HOK) initiatives.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, data analysis, or a related field.• Strong proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and operational reporting.• Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in financial documentation and reporting.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.What's On Offer• Competitive salary range of $69,300 - $96,200 per year.• Opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand in the consumer goods industry.• Full-time role with potential for growth and development within the organisation.• Be part of a team instrumental in driving online sales success.Apply via Haystack today!
