* MUST UPLOAD UPDATED RESUME*REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree;Valid State of Texas Teacher's Certificate.General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures;Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) RulesFour (4) years of experience as a coach or participant in the sport assignedThe responsibility of the Offense Coordinator is to instruct and coach students to develop the skill and ability to excel in the sport assigned; contribute to the educational program as a whole and to the growth of each student; develop a strength-building program during both in-season and off-season for all sports and at all levels; meet with intermediate school coaches and assist, when needed, in the improvement of all facets of campus athletic programs; is responsible for all assistant coaches and their evaluations; and to evaluate and recommend offensive philosophy to Athletic Coordinator.
