We combine bold creative vision with operational excellence to produce unforgettable moments for our clients.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on creative leader to elevate our proposal strategy, marketing execution, and revenue-driving storytelling.Position OverviewThe Senior Creative Proposal Manager is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving experiential strategy and overseeing the full proposal lifecycle—from concept and creative direction through pricing strategy and execution.This role blends creative storytelling, financial acumen, vendor collaboration, and team leadership. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, executive leadership, and clients to translate business objectives into scalable, profitable, and compelling experiences.This position plays a direct role in revenue generation and company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Proposal LeadershipLead the development of high-impact client proposals, pitch decks, and executive-level presentationsOwn the full proposal lifecycle: research, concept development, vendor sourcing, pricing strategy, submission, and transition to executionTranslate client objectives into immersive experiential concepts aligned with brand and business goalsEnsure strategic alignment, profitability, and scalability across all proposalsVendor & Pricing StrategySource, evaluate, and collaborate with vendors to gather pricing, capabilities, and innovative solutionsPartner with Sales and Operations to develop accurate budgets and margin-conscious pricing strategiesMaintain strong vendor relationships to support competitive and creative proposalsAnalyze proposal performance and recommend pricing or positioning adjustments when neededProject & Workflow ManagementOversee assigned proposal leads and creative services projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company prioritiesEnsure seamless handoff from proposal approval to operational executionBrand OversightEnsure all creative materials — proposals, brand guidelines, presentation gifts, and sales collateral align with company objectives and client expectationsCollaborate on brand messaging and storytelling initiatives that position the company competitively within the DMC and experiential event marketMaintain consistency in visual presentation, tone, and overall brand standards across client-facing materialsPotential Marketing Support OpportunitiesIn addition to the core responsibilities of this role, experience supporting select marketing initiatives would be considered a strong plus.Prior experience with social media content development, planning, or light account support is highly valuedAbility to contribute creative ideas for digital brand presence and audience engagement is a plusFamiliarity with marketing coordination or content support alongside broader creative responsibilities is beneficialRequirementsQualifications & Experience2+ years of hands-on experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) environmentProven experience leading large-scale corporate events and immersive experiencesDemonstrated success managing creative teams and cross-functional collaborationStrong portfolio showcasing concept development, experiential storytelling, and executive-level proposalsExpertise in client-facing presentations and high-stakes pitch environmentsSolid financial acumen, including budgeting, pricing strategy, and margin managementExceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlinesSchedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office required; remote work only for pre-approved days or special circumstances).Why Join Fudale Events?This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping high-impact experiential work while directly contributing to company growth and revenue strategy.
