As a CNC Setup Machinist with us, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specificationsSet up and run multiple machinesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency and cost savingsPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot issues as they arise and propose innovative solutionsEmbrace new technologies and stay updated on industry advancements#ZRRequirements Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with expertise in machine setup and operationStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated success in machining precision parts for military and aerospace applications.Required expertise in reading mechanical drawings and precisely interpreting tolerances and GD&T specifications.Comprehensive knowledge of machining centers and controllers, with specific expertise in Makinos and Mazaks.Proficiency in using precision measurement toolsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to adapt to change and embrace new technologiesBe willing to be part of the company’s change in growthBe eager to take on challenges and not sit on the sidelinesBe self-motivated
