StretchLab Castro
At StretchLab, we help people move better, feel better, and live healthier through one-on-one assisted stretching. We are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who is energetic, organized, people-focused, and confident driving sales conversations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable proactively calling leads, following up with prospects, and helping convert interest into memberships.
Position Overview
The Assistant Studio Manager supports the daily operations, sales performance, and member experience of the studio. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines hospitality, relationship-building, operational support, and sales.

Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects and members
Follow up consistently with leads who inquire online, visit the studio, or complete intro stretches
Book intro stretches and convert prospects into memberships
Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and recurring wellness routines
Recommend memberships and packages based on client goals
Help drive monthly sales, conversion, and retention goals
Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in the CRM system
Member Experience
Deliver a premium, welcoming experience for every client
Build relationships with members and help foster a strong community atmosphere
Assist with member concerns, scheduling needs, and account questions
Support retention efforts through consistent communication and follow-up
Studio Operations
Support day-to-day studio operations and front desk management
Assist with opening/closing procedures and overall studio presentation
Coordinate schedules and help optimize appointment flow
Maintain organization and cleanliness standards throughout the studio
Support local marketing events, partnerships, and community outreach efforts
Team Support
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Flexologist team
Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
Support training initiatives and studio accountability
Qualifications
1–3 years of sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or studio management experience preferred
Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive sales outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently ask for the sale
Organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and some evening availability preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated total earnings: $25–$35 per hour (base + commission, based on sales performance), with even higher potential upside
Base pay (based on experience)
