To learn more about Team OC please visit https://www.orthocarolina.com/about-usOrthoCarolina is seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategy and Project Management team.The Project Manager is responsible for oversight and successful implementation of organizational projects to include implementations and system upgrades from start to finish, facilities, and operational projects. This individual will have project oversight including working with project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders.Essential Functions:This position will be working with various departments within OrthoCarolina to lead and implement new operational, technology changes, optimization improvements and facility renovations and enhancement projects.Identifies, escalates, and advises Senior Leadership on implementation risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve the project or workflow while working with the team to create goals, timelines, and efficiencies.Oversee and manage project plans for enterprise system enhancements and new solution implementations.Coordinate and participate in meetings as required by Senior and Executive Leadership to update the status and progress of the projectAssists the Director with leading organizational adoption and effective use of project management tools (including Microsoft 365 Planner), ensuring consistency and alignment with project management standardsTravel as required, which may include kick-off meetings, go live, or other activities to review consistency in implementing best practice guidelinesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Management, Project or Organizational management, or other related field required or commensurate experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role.Experience working with management and technology servicesTraining in Lean, PDSA, change management.PMP preferredSkills and Abilities:Skill in strong organizational, communication (verbal/written), and presentationExcellent issue resolution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environmentAbility to work independently, and work flexible hours as needed during specific projectsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applicationsPlanning, executing, monitoring progress and closing projectsAssist with developing and tracking project budgetProven track record of completing projects in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented in reviewing various data from multiple resourcesEmployee TypeRegularQualificationsSkillsEducationCertificationsLanguageWork Experience
