Sr. Project Manager
OverviewThe IT Delivery job is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios. The job leads projects, programs, portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree - in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.7+ years leading Information Security or relevant work experience to include cloudSize of project is $500K -$1M, or up to 5 small projects at a time, teams less/25 people or lessCoachLed systems development methodology and infrastructure project deliveryAbility to lead a team environment with Agile delivery valuesExperience managing multiple medium to complex projects across multiple functions including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of project requirementsExperience managing and mentoring project management staff including providing stretch opportunities and coaching to develop team and deliver resultsProven experience successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resourcesAbility to take ownership for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementationExperience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadershipExperience managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Proven record of focusing on building trusted relationship with those responsible for executionAbility to quickly assess projects at the onset for areas of risk, identify gaps and recommend areas for improvementExperience in change management related aspects of project execution and ability to incorporate change considerations in planning / execution of projectsCybersecurity Framework and Key Focus areas:Understanding of NIST based frameworks and how they are applied to secure information (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover)Identify: Managing cybersecurity risks to systems, assets, data, and business capabilitiesProtect: Implementing safeguards to ensure data, information and systems are protected and secureDetect and Respond: Detection technology and response procedures are implemented and regularly tested to ensure timely response to cybersecurity incidentsRecover: Develop and implement the appropriate activities to maintain plans for resilience and to restore any capabilities or services that were impaired due to a cybersecurity eventPreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeProject Management (PMI) or Agile CertificationSpecialized Skills and TechnologiesExperience in managing large and complex technical projectsUnderstanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a mustExperience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is requiredFunctional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is requiredExperience with Microsoft Office tools is requiredExperience using PlanviewAbility to create and follow work and data flow charts is requiredNeed to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
