They will acquire new high value clientsand deepen existing client relationships by assessing deposit, lending andinvestment needs. They will mentor and provide information and guidanceto new Private Bankers to help enhance their knowledge, skills and encouragetheir growth. They will assist with leadership when requested and opportunitiesare presented, including product knowledge training and team meetings. Role andResponsibilitiesAssess customer needs, identify opportunities and provide the best advice to clients in conjunction with partners or independently in making financial recommendations that best fit the client's needs. Build and maintain an adequate pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed goals. Have an established reputation of excellence and execution. Continue to gain confidence with all partners by assessing needs to fully develop banking opportunities with their clients. Looked upon as a leader and subject matter expert for all branch inquires on products and services offered. Understand competitive environment and develop strategies to retain and win new business. Possess excellent business development skills. Partner with centers of influence and internal/external partners to develop new business to Fremont Bank. Manage a portfolio, minimum of 125 clients and $100,000,000 in deposits. Very good understanding of local community needs. Actively engage in community involvement to enhance bank visibility and community reputation, grow network of contacts and gain sales opportunities. Attend and assist in hosting clients at bank events, to include providing guest lists and contacting own clients directly with invitations. Host clients to activities and events such as sporting events, speaker series, etc. to maintain and enhance client relationships. Extensive knowledge of credit products including residential mortgage products, home equity lines of credit and commercial credit facilities. Extensive knowledge and understanding of all banking products including deposit and treasury management services. Maintain poise, presence and professionalism with all clients. Ability to efficiently, tactfully and professionally screen, manage and/or decline transactions while maintaining client relationships. Maintain strong relationships with clients, branch managers and associates, financial advisors, commercial and residential loan officers and other product specialists. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements. And other duties, as assigned. Qualificationsand Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial services industry experience with a commercial, investment or private bank. Minimum 3 years as a private banker at Fremont Bank. Series 6 and 63 securities licenses required. Series 7 preferred. Consistently exceeded overall annual performance goals with Fremont Bank. Proven business development in partnership with centers of influence and internal/external partners. Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
