This full-time exempt position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the financial stewardship of one of America's premier research universities.About The OpportunityAs Investment Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in portfolio management, working directly with senior leadership to implement investment strategies that support Lehigh's academic mission. Your responsibilities will span the complete investment lifecycle, from strategy development to performance reporting.Position Number: S81090This position is a Grade: 12 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $132,220-$160,850 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. Your total compensation includes a base salary plus variable incentive pay.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Long Term Portfolio and existing investmentsMonitor investment managers including performance, risk exposures, and news flowAcquire information and analyze data from various databases for portfolio analyticsAssist in preparing and organizing materials for Investment Committee meetingsGather data and perform analysis for periodic asset allocation policy reviewsApply knowledge of investment strategies across public equities, credit, hedge funds, private equity, and asset allocationTrack potential managers, investments, and market trendsSupport new manager diligence through calls, meetings, research, and comparative analysisContribute to research projects on investment strategies, markets, countries, and industriesPrepare reports for weekly team meetings and Investment Committee presentationsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field One to three years of related work experience Experience working in an investment role performing due diligence on investment strategies Strong organizational, analytical & interpersonal skillsWhy Lehigh University?Lehigh University is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate.
