Job Title:Epic Certified ASAP Analyst Location:100% RemoteOverview A large healthcare system is seeking anEpic Certified ASAP Analystto support clinical systems implementation and optimization initiatives. This is a fully remote role focused on the Epic Emergency Department (ASAP) module, requiring strong experience in build, testing, and system implementation. Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize the Epic ASAP module Gather, analyze, and document clinical workflow requirements Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and cross-functional project teams remotely Build, maintain, and enhance Epic system configurations Perform system testing, validation, and support go-live activities Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support Document system configurations, workflows, and technical specifications Support end-user training and drive adoption of Epic workflows Required Qualifications Epic ASAP Certification 4–5+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst Proven experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations Strong understanding of Emergency Department workflows Hands-on experience with system build, testing, and deployment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-hospital Epic environments Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations
