Project Managers at Ferguson Construction are the key to operational success and are surrounded by highly motivated and focused teammates.Project Manager's Essential FunctionsAssist in the pre-construction processAssist and lead the procurement processGenerate and manage project schedules and manpower requirementsSchedule and lead job meetings and Owner meetings Manage and lead all communication for the project both internally and externallyManage and lead all project information, submittal and rfi submissions.Manage and lead all change event activity.Responsible for the overall financial health of the project including monthly variance meetings held with operations manager and project superintendent.Create and maintain the high standard of trustworthy relationships for subcontractors, suppliers and all internal staff.Qualifications, Experience, And EducationBachelor's Degree - Engineering, Construction Management or similar technical training/experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry.Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS ProjectStrong working knowledge of Procore construction management softwareStrong architectural and civil background along with mechanical and electrical knowledgeAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrentlyFull benefits package along with competitive salary will be discussed at interview.
