Controller – Plastic Manufacturing *Drive the Numbers. Understand the Business. Make an Impact.* We are seeking a *hands-on Controller* to join our growing plastic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have *3–5+ years of accounting and finance experience*, including at least *2 years in manufacturing and cost accounting*. This role will lead *month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany accounting, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting*, while providing strong insight into manufacturing costs, inventory, product costing, and variances. We’re looking for someone who understands both *accounting and manufacturing operations* and can turn financial data into meaningful business decisions.
