As a Construction Project Manager, you will make a significant impact by steering multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that every milestone aligns with strategic development ambitions in the Westbrook region.Responsibilities:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from site infrastructure through tenant fit-outs and vertical construction, ensuring delivery from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, identifying and resolving conflicts related to sequencing, logistics, and trade availability across concurrent projects.Monitor daily progress against baseline schedules and budgets, proactively addressing variances, risks, and potential delays to keep projects on track.Oversee on-site activities, quality standards, and safety compliance, coordinating with superintendents and field teams across all active work zones.Administer permitting, inspections, and interface with municipal and state agencies as well as utility providers throughout the project timeline.Drive closeout activities, including punch list completion, commissioning, documentation, and turnover to tenants and stakeholders.Act as the day-to-day primary point of contact for development and capital partners, anchor tenants, design teams, contractors, and municipal stakeholders.Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, reviewing subcontracts, vendor agreements, and implementing cost-saving measures through value engineering and risk management.Must-Have Skills:5+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ideally with multiple concurrent projects.Proven success delivering medium-to-large-scale retail, commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use developments.Clear, partner-facing communication with the ability to brief joint venture partners, capital partners, and tenants effectively.Advanced competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and current market pricing.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as Planner, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with large-scale, multi-phase site developments or urban mixed-use projects.Background in stakeholder coordination across municipal, utility, and regulatory agencies.Proficiency in value engineering and scope refinement for cost optimization.Experience overseeing tenant delivery, fit-out reviews, and commercial grand opening preparation.Strong capabilities in risk analysis, project documentation, and reporting to senior leadership.
