Team leader Sales

Teamleader Sales As Teamleader Sales, you will lead and coach a professional team of Inside Sales Officers while working closely with Business Development Officers (BDOs), who also share limited inside‑sales responsibilities. Responsibilities Investigate and implement systems to better measure workload and sales efficiency for Inside Sales operations. Reduce administrative workload through automation so the team can focus more on customer value creation. Propose and implement up‑to‑date KPIs that stimulate the right behaviours and support efficiency improvements. Facilitate the transition towards a more customer value‑driven approach, determining when to provide human interaction versus automated or self‑service solutions via our web portal based on operational data analysis. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fast, high‑quality responses that exceed customer expectations. Maximise customer satisfaction and improve the customer buying experience. Identify customer needs, read between the lines, and implement improvements to better address those needs. Identify improvement opportunities through solid analysis and understanding of roadblocks, and drive projects that enhance overall team efficiency. Identify growth opportunities by expanding business with existing customers and acquiring new ones. Convert leads into long‑term partnerships. Support customer centres in strengthening competitive service offerings. Increase the Edmac ratio by promoting Edmac parts while offering OEM parts as a service. Structure and develop a best‑in‑class customer experience. Define business potential within your region by customer segment and develop business plans to capture this potential. Qualifications A master’s degree or equivalent experience. An enthusiastic, results‑driven and pragmatic mindset, ideally with experience in sales or customer support or a strong commercial mindset and affinity with the compressed air industry. An entrepreneurial approach, supported by strong communication skills and openness to different cultures. The ability to work under time pressure and consistently meet deadlines. An international outlook combined with a proactive and positive attitude. A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities, enabling you to assess processes, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset in our international environment. Dynamic professionalism who embraces challenges and is motivated by achieving ambitious goals. Comfortable facilitating change and working closely with people while maintaining focus on both customer and company objectives.
