This role sits within a high-performing finance function focused on aircraft and asset financing, combining transaction execution with the development of long-term client relationships across the Americas market.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate and execute financing and investment transactions across mobility asset classes, with a primary focus on aviation assetsLead or support transaction structuring, financial modelling, credit analysis, investment evaluation, and end-to-end due diligenceNegotiate, review, and manage transaction documentation in coordination with legal, risk, and internal stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, leasing companies, institutional investors, manufacturers, and platform operators across the AmericasCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financing and investment solutions aligned with client and business objectivesCore CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in aircraft finance, structured finance, or asset-based finance (debt or equity), gained within a bank, leasing platform, investment firm, or similar institutionStrong expertise in asset-backed financing structures, credit analysis, financial modelling, transaction execution, and documentation negotiationSolid understanding of aviation or broader mobility asset finance markets; established industry relationships are a strong advantageFluent in English (written and spoken)Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilityExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with high professional integrityCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deal-driven environmentEmail:Number: 083 333 5534#aircraftleasing #aviationfinance #tokyo #Japan #newopportunities
