Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include designing workflows, analyzing production methods, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. The role also encompasses troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while working closely with operations and engineering teams.QualificationsProficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing EngineeringKnowledge of Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principlesExperience with Machining and related techniquesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry-specific safety and quality standards is a plus
