There is an opportunity for full-time employment (with equity compensation) if you prove to be a valuable team member. What will you be doing? * Working closely within your team of interns while taking guidance from a lead developer and from the Co-Founders. * Turning mock-ups and text descriptions of pages/features into functioning code. * Manage and update an algorithm to rank posts in a user's feed based on which users they are following and which topics they are interested in. * Learning on-the-job to do tasks you may not have experience with. The app will be made from the ground up and while working at a startup, you must wear many hats. You don't have to be skilled in all of the above, since we will be recruiting team members with complementary skills.
