Onboarding Manager

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for Onboarding Manager in Boise, ID. This is a 6 month contract (potential hire) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required Skills and abilities: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field, with a focus in onboarding program management and process improvement. Proficiency in HR learning and onboarding software and tools. Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in HR learning and onboarding software and tools.
