The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining VMware infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and reliability for our organization's middleware applications. Responsibilities and Duties: Install, configure, and manage VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for VMware environment. Work closely with other IT teams to integrate VMware infrastructure with middleware applications. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and IT teams. Write and maintain documentation for VMware infrastructure and processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum years of experience: 12 to 15 Years VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification preferred. Strong knowledge of middleware applications and their integration with VMware. Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for VMware.
