Job Description Full job descriptionOverviewTechnical Professional (Field‐Based)We are seeking experienced Technical Professionals to support active commercial commissioning projects across Texas. These are hands‐on, on‐site role ideal for mid‐career candidates who enjoy working directly with building systems, contractors, and project teams to verify systems are installed, tested, and operating as intended.The ideal candidate for this position has practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems, equipment start‐ups, controls, or building automation , and is comfortable troubleshooting in live construction environments. This role emphasizes field execution, technical judgment, and ownership from start‐up through system acceptance.ResponsibilitiesPerform hands‐on field evaluation and testing of mechanical, electrical, and building systemsSupport start‐up verification, functional performance testing, and system integrationParticipate in site walk‐downs, inspections, and commissioning meetingsCoordinate with contractors, trades, and project teams to resolve field issuesDocument testing results and support project closeoutQualifications5+ years of relevant field experience in commissioning, construction, or building systemsStrong hands‐on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systemsAbility to read construction documents and sequences of operationComfortable working on active job sites and in occupied spacesStrong troubleshooting skills and clear communicationThis is a full‐time, on‐site position.Why Join Us:You'll be trusted to make real technical decisions in the field, see the direct impact of your work on live projects, and work with a team that values experienced professionals over paperwork.
