*Assembler *– 1st Shift (Full-Time) *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + OT *\*\*Temp to perm\*\** We are working with a prominent, family owned American manufacturer of electrical connectors and accessories to find full-time Machine Operators. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly or machine experience who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality. _*Key Responsibilities*_ * Operate basic machines and perform assembly work * Print and apply labels to parts and products * Apply oxide inhibitor to aluminum connectors * Insert screws and caps into insulated connectors * Assist with machine setups as needed * Operate drilling and tapping machines * Support grounding assembly processes * Assist with small presses and tapping for grounding * Confirm inventory and submit tickets to the materials manager * Maintain knowledge of parts and subassemblies * Work as part of the operations team, supporting coworkers and contributing ideas for process improvement _*Job Requirements*_ * Basic machine operation experience * Assembly experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused * Self-directed and dependable * Ability to handle repetitive tasks * Safety-focused mindset _*Our client is actively interviewing!*_ For immediate consideration, please apply and call us at 860-773-0059.
