Company-provided equipment: Power washing equipment, ladders, safety gear, and tools Weekdays only: Standard operating hours- Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pmWhat You’ll Need to SucceedHands-on maintenance or trade-related experience preferredReliable and punctual with strong time management skills (show up to every appointment on time) Professional, customer-first communication with the ability to spot and clearly explain additional homeowner needs when appropriateComfortable working independently in occupied homes in a customer-facing role.Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions. Mechanically inclined with the ability to teach others to use power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools.
