Within Level and Pressure Greenwood, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.What is the role about?Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dynamic individual who excels at managing operations, motivating teams, and maintaining high standards to drive our production success.Which tasks will you perform?You will:Assemble devices (mechanical and/or electronic) to form complete unit or subassembly at appropriate locationFabricate sub-components as needed using various tools and machinesPerform visual inspection and functional testing during assembly operationConduct calibration for devices as neededMaintain accurate inventory and notify supervisor of adjustments or scrapPerform regular preventative maintenance on machines and tools required to accomplish daily tasksParticipate and assist with cross training employees on production processes where applicableMaintain a neat and orderly work area in conjunction with 5S Lean conceptsUse SAP and MIKE software systems to look up or enter informationAdhere to the safety guidelines for the work areaAssist and maintain ISO procedures and documents that apply to positionDetermine the correct pack to use for each devicePack devices ensuring no damage during shipmentPerform all functions to ensure highest quality and value of delivery to the customerWhat do we expect from you?To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.
