What You'll Be DoingOwning and evolving the full wine program program Curating a dynamic, seasonal offering that aligns with the culinary vision Managing costs, inventory, and overall financial performance Tracking sales trends and optimizing the program for profitability Leading, training, and developing the front-of-house team on beverage knowledge Running tastings, education sessions, and building a strong culture of learning Working closely with the culinary team on pairings and guest experience Being a constant presence on the floor, driving service standards and guest engagement What We're Looking ForStrong background in fine dining / Michelin-level environments Deep expertise in wine across the board - ideally experience with pairing with asian cuisines.
