Director of Finance

Location: Lawton, OKSalary - $100K - 140KBenefits - M/D/V/401K/PTOFull Relocation Highly established Casino seeks an experienced Controller with Casino experience. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required, with a minimum of five years accounting/finance management experience. CPA or MBA preferred.Knowledge of gaming regulatory requirements, including NIGC MICS and Oklahoma State Compact.Experience with and knowledge of applicable federal/state/local reporting requirements.Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger account reconciliation and capital budgeting.Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.Must have experience with applicable federal/state/local laws and regulations relating to operations.Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with high level of Excel skills.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provides leadership direction as assigned in accordance with the casino organizational structure. Oversee Cash Operations, Drop/Count Team, Revenue Audit, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger. Establishes, or recommends to management, economic strategies, objectives, and policies for casino. Prepares reports, which sum and forecast casino business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.Directs preparation of budgets and reviews budget proposals.Prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification of budget reports Monitor budget plans in order to meet the property’s goals Participate in monthly business planning sessions and financial reviews
