Our goal is to help companies deliver top-quality software by preventing defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Project Overview:We are supporting our client, a leading German pharmacy company, in building a state-of-the-art solution for clinical trial studies. This solution will utilize the OHIF DICOM Viewer and integrate with FHIR standards to ensure secure and efficient healthcare data management. As part of this project, we are helping them assemble a team of 4-5 highly skilled developers who will work remotely, with occasional on-site visits (about 5% of the time).Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with BetterQA and the client’s development teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions using React and Python;Ensure seamless integration of DICOM and FHIR standards within the clinical trial solution;Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall software architecture and strategy;Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;Mentor junior developers and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions.Required Skills and Experience:3+ years of experience in React and/or Python development;Strong experience with DICOM and FHIR standards;Experience in building scalable web applications from scratch;Familiarity with healthcare data management and compliance requirements;Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the healthcare or clinical trials domain;Experience with the OHIF DICOM Viewer;Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure;Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesCompensation:Competitive hourly rate of €25 to €30 based on experience and qualifications.
