Mid-Level Project ManagerOur fintech client is seeking a mid-level project manager to join their team. This role will coordinate and support varied technical projects from planning through completion, with a focus on cloud migrations to AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, as well as a solid understanding of cloud technologies and project management methodologies. Must be local to Essex County and able to work onsite three times a week in Whippany, NJ.Responsibilities:Analyze and review projects in order to define timelines, cost limitations, required procedures, technician/resource needs, and overall scope.Coordinate project materials for distribution.Develop and implement work plans, assigning duties and responsibilities to project team members.Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.Create executive-level presentations to summarize project progress, risks, and outcomes.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.Required Skills:Must be local to Essex County and able to work onsite three times a week in Whippany, NJ.3-6 years of professional experience managing technology projects, specifically around AWS/Cloud migrations.Proven ability to effectively coordinate resources and manage schedules.Strong communication and organizational skills.Experience with AWS projects, managing cloud-based initiatives such as migrations, implementations, or optimizations.Familiarity with cloud technologies and industry best practices.Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex information clearly.Prior experience in a similar mid-level or junior project management role.
