Job Title: Full Stack Developers (Python, React)W2 Pay Rate: $75 /HR (H1B- 68 hr)Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Charlotte, NCPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React, and Microsoft SQL Server to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications that drive critical business initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys working across the full technology stack—from designing scalable backend services and APIs to building responsive user interfaces and optimizing database performance.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, experience building modern web applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs, backend services, and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including tables, stored procedures, views, indexes, and complex T-SQL queries.Improve application and database performance through query tuning and optimization.Design data models that support enterprise applications and reporting requirements.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release activities.Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions.Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities while following secure coding standards and engineering best practices.Contribute to technical documentation and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Python.Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.Strong experience building modern web applications using React.Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:Database designT-SQLStored ProceduresViewsQuery optimizationPerformance tuningExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.Experience with Git and source control best practices.Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data engineering, or data integration.Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth or JWT.Exposure to AI/ML technologies and modern data platforms.Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production environments.Required Technical SkillsBackendPythonFastAPI / FlaskREST API DevelopmentMicroservices ArchitectureFrontendReact.jsJavaScriptTypeScriptHTML5CSS3DatabaseMicrosoft SQL ServerT-SQLDatabase Design & Data ModelingPerformance TuningStored ProceduresViewsQuery OptimizationDevOps & ToolsGit / GitHubAzure DevOpsCI/CD PipelinesDockerKubernetesAutomated Testing
