With a continued focus on culture, talent, and clients, we are adding a Marketing Account Manager to our Account Services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across North America and globally, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts—from multinational corporations to local nonprofits—and collaborate closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop smart, effective marketing strategies. Experience in an advertising agency or in corporate marketing, particularly within high-tech or industrial sectors is a strong advantage. Calm under pressure. You clearly articulate ideas and build confidence in your thinking, whether presenting to a group or collaborating one-on-one. Key responsibilities: Lead client relationships. Own and grow relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor across time zones and geographies.Drive planning and execution. Lead strategic planning, manage budgets, and proactively guide clients while ensuring work aligns with objectives and delivers results. Enable collaboration. Serve as the central hub for information, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners. Continuously learn.
