Administrative Assistant

Job Description Residential/Commercial Construction firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to search, Assembles, and/or prepares documents for bids and contracts. Screen telephone inquiries routes calls appropriately. Greet scheduled visitors. Screen unscheduled visitors for business purpose. Must have minimum 5-10 years of administrative experience.Must have reliable transportation, must be able to pass drug test, have valid driver's license and background check. References required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains Field Employee records.Audits personnel files for compliance.Monitors timesheets for all salaried & hourly (field) employees, ensuring all time is submitted before the payroll deadline.Develops visual presentations such as graphs, charts, and word documents as required.Maintains up-to-date files, including correspondence, contracts and other records.Organizes and prioritizes incoming and outgoing mail.Works independently and within teams on special projects.Compose and type correspondence and other documentation as required.Performs other tasks as required.Requirements Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel/WordMust be knowledgeable about residential/light commercial constructionEffective problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail and well organizedMust have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent.Reliable transportation is required.Job Type: Full-timeCompany Description Residential/Light commercial construction Company Description Residential/Light commercial construction
