Customer Experience Manager

Five Below - Smithfield Road - Responsibilities: Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers; trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.; Leading assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.; Leading front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising is set and meets brand standards; ensuring front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.; Opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and keeping the store ready for customers at all times.; Recruiting, training, coaching, developing and supervising all crew members in partnership with the store manager.
