Project Engineer
Job Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for performing a wide variety of Mechanical, Process, or Chemical engineering projects, ranging in size and complexity. This person will be the point person on all engineering matters associated with their engineering discipline, making sure the team delivers engineering safely, according to specifications, on time and within budget.
In addition, this person will work with a team of engineers throughout a project lifecycle, ensuring: the engineering team has followed the necessary specifications to successfully and efficiently complete the project; and ensuring the project is completed to all client expectations. The Project Engineer is also expected to cultivate client relationships and develop potential business opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Execute Project Engineering Projects of all sizes and complexity
Work with project team on project deliverables
Maintain excellent communication with client and project team
Ensure safety and follow proper specifications
Cultivate or maintain client relationships and develop additional opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Office
Professional Engineer Designation, NCEES preferred
Required - Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Process or Chemical)
5-10 years experience. 5+ years experience required.
