Responsibilities include delivering engaging mathematics lessons, creating and implementing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress through assessments. The teacher will instruct on a range of math topics, including algebra, and provide support to ensure student success. Additional responsibilities include maintaining open communication with students, parents, and colleagues, and following the state's and district's curriculum standards.QualificationsStrong expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra, Geometry, and familiarity with teaching high school studentsProficiency in developing and delivering effective lesson plansExcellent communication skills for student interaction and collaboration with parents and staffExperience in education or teaching, particularly mathematics, is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)Valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification in the state of FloridaCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
